What You’ll Do

This individual will assist the owner in running the business by delivering our high-quality sales expertise and proprietary offerings to our B2B and B2C clients. You will assist and perform coaching and training to help ensure key milestones and deliverables are met. You will uncover new opportunities and help build and develop the targeted database channel for our sales hiring system.



· 5+ years B2B sales experience

· 2+ years B2B sales management experience

· Deep understanding of organizational sales challenges

· Exceptional listening and communication skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent

· Ability to interact positively with a variety of personalities from a wide range of industries

· CRM experience

· Unconditional commitment


· Strategic sales account experience

· Coaching/Training experience

This role is very unique and not for everyone. However, it is amazing for the right type of individual. Compensation includes an excellent salary with uncapped commissions and team bonuses.
