Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Dawn moved to Texas during middle school and later attended the Art Institute of Houston. Her journey has always been intertwined with sales, starting from the age of 15. Dawn’s passion for creating value and building lasting relationships has been the driving force throughout their career.

Before joining Topaz Sales Consulting, Dawn was the Co-founder and President of Global Filtration, a market-leading aviation parts company. Her leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in driving innovation, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving significant sales growth. Under her guidance, Global Filtration was recognized in the Inc. 500 and Houston 100 lists of the fastest-growing privately held companies.
