The Sales Leadership certification acknowledges the participant has:

  • Completed 12 hours of video training
  • Participated in coaching on leadership development in the areas of goals, motivating, accountability, coaching, recruiting, and pipeline management
  • Completed the Sales Manager Evaluation and continues using results to improve identified strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots.
  • Implemented effective Onboarding and Sales Leadership through use of proprietary tools and best practices.
