Sales Diagnostics

We help discover whats holding your sales team back – from pre-hire sales and sales manager assessments to a full salesforce evaluation, where we provide objective data about the people, systems, and strategies of a company’s sales organization. We use this data to tailor our programs to deliver client specific training and to accelerate their learning and sales results.

Sales Hiring

Metahire is our sales hiring system. It includes the tools, process, and training to help companies attract, screen, hire, onboard, and retain top performers. You will not find another system like this in the marketplace.

Sales Training

Our Buyer Facilitator training equips salespeople to help their prospects and clients make more effective buying decisions. Participants in our training learn how to build trust, learn the truth, and effectively manage their time so they exceed their sales goals while crushing the competition.

Sales Leadership

Our Sales Leadership training equips the leadership team to effectively coach, motivate, and hold their team accountable to their goals, activities, and results.

Finding a mentor is critical to your success

To earn $250K annually, you will spend roughly 70% of your time providing our Topaz training and coaching services to our clients and 30% of your time prospecting for new business as you execute a full work week. What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Representative, you will report to the Director of Operations. You will uncover, qualify, and secure CEO prospect appointments with our Sales Coaches. You will utilize your Buyer Facilitator skills to build a relationship with the Decision Maker and set up an appointment between the Decision Maker and a Topaz Sales Coach. In addition, you will learn more about our company and offerings such as Sales Evaluations, Metahire, and Sales Leadership. The more you contribute to our growth, the more opportunities you will have to grow with us.

Your Day-to-Day

Topaz Sales Consultants are responsible for selling our industry-leading training products and services and coaching our client’s sales teams to drive growth and success. You will perform coaching and training to ensure deliverables and client expectations are achieved while transforming how they interact with their customers using Topaz’s proprietary offerings. 

In addition, you will be expected to uncover, qualify, and close new opportunities while building a referral network with strategic partners and potential leads. To ensure your success, you will routinely meet with and report progress to the President of the company.
